That has been my reality for the last…..erm…….forever!

That was until I started a journey to take back control and slowly get it together.

I am not some picture perfect organised spiritualist or anything (who am I kidding?!) but if I can break through the grips of a stressed, OCD, worry-fueled life with confidence and happiness then I think I have a lot to share.
